Breakfast is delicious and full. You have evevrything on your disposal, enough of proteins, fruits, fresh ingridients, nutritive oats, chocolate.. :) They can prepare eggs as you like, for you. Also a coffee ! 👌 Latte machiato is perfect. They are very nice as a host. Only problem is that service is entering a room without knocking or waiting for response :) so they can "caught you in the act" in the morning without warning. Location is just beautiful. Rooms are charming, its very calm during the night. Almost like in mountains cause air prom Hofgarten park and a river is so refreshing ! But you need to have a taste dor a hotel like this 👌🗝 Its not for masive turism or everybody. You need to love classic.

This double room with en-suite was just perfect for a business trip. The cost was really good and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was ideal and the power from the shower was really powerful, with immediate hot water. Marcel greeted us at reception and was super friendly and chilled out. Not something I find most German's are... But it was not just him, all the staff wore big smiles and eager to help. Train was a stone's throw away and the old city was a 15 minute walk. I will certainly return to this hotel for any future trips to Dusseldorf. And I hope Marcel did well in his Chess Competition.

Great location, super friendly staff, beautiful staircase and most importantly I felt like I was in Europe, not some cookie cutter place with knock off pottery barn furniture. I'm tired of bland hotels and this one was memorable for the right reasons.

the hotel is very central and ideal for seeing all the sights. the breakfast room although in the basement is a lovely bright room and the breakfasts excellent. our room was very comfortable. all the staff without exception were so friendly and attentive. we were also given on arrival a Dusseldorf travel card which entitled us to free public transport in the city for the duration of our stay. we found this invaluable for reaching the further reaches of the city.

Cozy like home ) Worm, comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly. The location in good - 15 minutes walk from the Burgplatz through the park and embankment.

Receptionist was very welcoming, naya I believe her name was, managed to give me late checkout and a room upgrade which was excellent and the rooms were very clean and very comfortable would definitely stay again

the location is priceless. One public transportation stop away from the very center of Duesseldorf, Altstadt , Koenigsallee and the hotel provides a free transportation ticket for the whole stay. Also priceless
